  • Suede-Specific Brushing: The most effective way to clean suede is with a dedicated suede brush. Gently brush the surface in a single direction to remove accumulated dust and restore the fabric’s natural nap.

  • Dry Stain Removal: For dry dirt, scuffs, or light stains, a clean pencil eraser or a specialized suede eraser can be used to gently lift the debris from the fibers.

  • Spill Management: In the event of a liquid spill, immediately blot the area with a completely dry, clean white cloth or paper towel to absorb the moisture. Do not rub or apply pressure, as this will push the liquid deeper into the nap.

Wood Care & Preservation Guidelines

Solid wood, wood veneers, and engineered wood components are organic materials that respond to their environment. To protect the structural integrity, natural grain pattern, and protective finish of your wooden furniture pieces, please follow these standard care protocols:

  • Microfiber Dusting: Dust the surfaces regularly using a clean, dry, lint-free microfiber cloth. Dust buildup contains microscopic abrasives that can dull the finish over time if left uncleaned.

  • Damp Cleaning: For light soil or sticky spots, wipe the surface with a cloth slightly dampened with water or a heavily diluted, mild, dye-free soap solution. Always wipe in the direction of the natural wood grain.

  • Immediate Drying: Never allow water to stand or puddle on wood surfaces. Follow any damp cleaning immediately with a dry cloth to absorb all remaining moisture.
